Déçue par le prix de la livraison très élevé, ainsi que l'impossibilité de rentrer le code promo de la newsletter qui devait alléger ce cout... proposer un code sans endroit pour le rentrer c'est de la promotion mensongère. Les produits sont conformes et la livraison a été rapide, mais je ne commanderais plus sur le site vu le prix de la livraison, je me déplacerais chez les revendeurs près de chez moi.

Easy ordering via webshop and within a minute I got teh confirmation by email. 2 days later my purchases arrived. Everything went easy. I would definitely shop here again

Impossible d'ajouter une vidéo lors de la réclamation en ligne car limitée en volume. Envoyé par mail par la suite. Dommage. 1er contact en anglais puis en italien. Les traducteurs sont courants de nos jours pourtant...
