Que dire je suis fan de vos produits et tout c'est toujours bien passé au niveau de la livraison et de la qualité des articles. Petit hic, l'impossibilité de commander en créant un profil, je commande donc toujours en tant qu'invitée et je trouve que les frais de livraison sont élevés.

Pas top Une trousse transparente en mauvaise état avec l’intérieur tout taché de blanc Impossible de faire un formulaire en ligne de réclamation Impossible de faire un retour toutes mes commandes sur mon compte ont disparu Je suis très très déçue

Produits conformes à la commande Originalité des produits Legami C’est le service livraison qui pose problème commande d’avant jamais reçu alors que la commande etait marqué livré le livreur l’avait laissé dans l’allée et cette fois ci carton abîmé car forcé pour rentrer dans la boîte aux lettres

Passage de commande facile, je trouve que le montant minimum d'achats est un peu élevé pour avoir les frais de livraison gratuits ce qui empêche de passer des commandes plus régulièrement sur des produits qu'il est impossible de trouver en magasin. Sinon livraison rapide et soignée et comme d'habitude produits merveilleux

J'adore les produits Legami, design, fonctionnalité, qualité. Je n'ai jamais été déçue. Un seul danger pour les addictifs aux collections ... avoir envie de tout acheter! Super produits et très bonne expérience d'achat en ligne comme en magasins.
