Die Legami Gelstifte sind einfach super! Sie schreiben toll, sehen unglaublich süß aus und machen jedes Schreiben gleich viel schöner. Auch die anderen Sachen von Legami sind total liebevoll gestaltet – es gibt immer wieder neue Produkte, die man am liebsten sofort haben möchte. 😍 Mittlerweile macht das Sammeln richtig Spaß! Aufgrund der etwas höheren Versandkosten machen Freunde und ich meistens eine Sammelbestellung. So können wir gleich mehrere Sachen gemeinsam bestellen und es lohnt sich mehr. Was ich mir noch wünschen würde: einen kleinen Stammkundenrabatt oder vielleicht ein Bonusprogramm. Gerade wenn man regelmäßig bestellt und so gerne sammelt, wäre das ein richtig tolles Extra 👌😌

The delivery was, as always, terrible. Some past orders were not delivered at all and this one was delivered to a pick up point eventhou I was at the deliver address at the time.

Die Aufkleber auf den einzelnen Stiften sind leider sehr schwer bis gar nicht zu entfernen. Ein Stift ist sogar unbrauchbar weil der Kleberest gar nicht anging und man den Stift nicht vernünftig anfassen kann.

It was terrible!! Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I placed this order for my child specifically for the start of school, and the entire process has been a complete mess. For several days after ordering, the payment stayed only as “reserved” on my bank account and was not actually charged. At the same time, there was no clear information about whether the order had been properly processed, whether it would be shipped, or what was happening at all. I was left waiting for at least 4–5 days with no proper explanation. Eventually, the parcel was handed over to GLS, and from that point the situation became even worse. I stayed at home waiting for the delivery, yet the parcel was later marked as “delivered” even though I never received it. Nobody rang the doorbell. Nobody called me. The parcel was not left at my door or in my mailbox. There is no proper proof of delivery showing where it was supposedly delivered. As of today, I still do not know where my order is. What is especially unacceptable is that when something goes wrong, there seems to be no easily reachable person who takes responsibility. Finding proper customer support, a telephone number, or someone who can actually solve the problem has been unnecessarily difficult. My child was very excited about these school items, and now she is extremely disappointed because school is starting and we still have no idea where the products we paid for are. A customer should not have to spend days wondering whether an order was processed, then chase tracking updates, wait at home for a delivery that never arrives, and finally be told that the parcel was “delivered” when it was not. I expect Legami to take responsibility, investigate this urgently with GLS, locate my parcel and provide an immediate solution. I should not be left alone to deal with a courier company chosen by the seller. If this issue is not properly resolved, I will also consider reporting the matter through the relevant consumer protection channels and sharing my experience publicly so that other customers are aware of the problems I encountered. At this point, this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have had.

Das Fedetpenal kam leider stark verschmutzt (Staub) bei uns an, Ich konnte es meiner Tochter aber nicht mehr weg nehmen, da es wirklich sehr schön ist. Schade aber, das etwas Neues schon schmutzig beim Kunden ankommt.
