Ein Paar stifte hatten einen Aufkleber drauf, der nicht wirklich weggeht, und klebereste am Stift bleiben. Beim Dino sitift ist das roblem das wenn die kappe hinten auf dem stift ist. Man die Miene mit raus zieht, wenn man einfach nur Ziher. Oder das gewinde überderht wenn man Dreht. Lange Liferzeit bzw. Falsche angeben don GLS

Mia nipotina ha chiesto come regalo per la Comunione un buono Legami... Mi sono recata al centro Le Gru, dove una gentile signorina mi ha detto che il buono si può solo acquistare on-line... Ho provato a fare un giro nel negozio per vedere se potevo comprare io direttamente qualcosa, ma ho trovato solo cianfrusaglie e peraltro costose. Arrivata a casa mi sono collegata al sito ed ho riscontrato non poche difficoltà per l'attivazione, in quanto non consente di andare avanti se non si accettano i cookies... Per il prossimo regalo mi rivolgerò sicuramente altrove!

Très bien que ce soit de l'expérience sur le site ou de la livraison (qui s'est nettement améliorée avec GLS depuis quelques mois)

Oui j'ai reçu mes produits commandé mais sans plus. Zéro expérience, zéro attachement à la marque.

Facilité de passer la commande, merci pour le code pour livraison gratuite, bon suivi de livraison et livraison bien faite. L’enfant qui a reçu ce cadeau est ravi. Seul bémol : impossible de différencier l’adresse de facturation de celle de la livraison. C’est vraiment dommage pour faire un cadeau

Emballage d’un des articles commandés endommagé. Un casse tête pour réussir à envoyer un email de signalement mais impossible de faire un retour. La plus part des fonctionnalités du site sont indisponibles. Pour une marque bien connue avec des tarifs pratiqués généreux, je suis très déçue.
