Delivery was ridiculously slow with no updates about what was happening. When I emailed to get more information, I got absolutely no response. Terrible customer service.

Achats ok et envoi rapide. Par contre assez lent pour les remboursements si articles manquants. J’en suis à 20 jours post commande.

Leider wurde der wichtigste Artikel von Legami wegen Lieferengpässe storniert und nicht mitgeliefert, sehr ärgerlich. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden. Die gelieferten Artikel, wie auch Verpackung und Lieferzeit waren top.

Je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis. J'ai contacté le service client LEGAMI vous ne m'avez jamais répondu. Plus jamais je commanderais sur ce site. Si je pouvais vous mettre zéro étoile, je le ferais. Franchement vous êtes en dessous de tout.

Produits super, livraison assez rapide, et chauffeur au top, mais alors le montant des frais de livraison peuvent faire réfléchir. Si je n'avais pas eu un code promo pour minimiser les frais de livraison, je pense que je n'aurais pas commandée.

Très contente des produits mais délai d'expédition très long. J'aurais pu attendre la sortie au magasin proche de chez moi, j'aurais eu la collection Halloween plus tôt et ça m'aurait évité des frais de port.
