Expédition beaucoup trop longue, cela fait 4 jours que j'ai passé commande, et elle n'est même pas en préparation, aucun mail, aucune explication sur ce délai d'attente. Aujourd'hui, je reçois un mail pour évaluer mon achat (qui n'est même pas encore préparé) bref je regrette mon achat au vu du prix de l'expédition ! A fuir !

De momento, pésimo todo. Me llegó un correo de pedido recibido y posteriormente piden mi opinión sobre el proceso y los productos, cuando en mi domicilio no se ha llegado a entregar nada. Estoy siendo paciente porque en la página de seguimiento del envío aparece "en tránsito". Pero como tarde más de otra semana, haré una reclamación formal para que bien me hagan el envío de forma correcta o me devuelvan el dinero. Muchas gracias.

Bonjour, je suis un peu déçue. J'ai simplement commandé quelques bics ce lundi 11/08 au matin, 48h plus tard, ils ne sont toujours pas expédié et je n'ai toujours reçu aucun mail hormis celui ci ou on me demande mon avis...

Ich kaufe gerne bei Legami, das Problem ist nur, dass der Warenkorb sich immer leert und ich dann nicht weiterfahren kann, wenn ich alle gefragt habe, was sie wollen. Zudem dauert es zu lange, bis die Waren endlich verpackt sind und ich eine Versandbestätigung erhalte. Und ganz ehrlich, warum soll ich eine Bewertung ausfüllen, wenn ich die Waren noch nicht einmal erhalten habe?
