C’est ma deuxième commande sur votre site . Satisfaite du colis et de la livraison… cependant je regrette la limitation des commandes pour les bics et séries spéciales. Impossible d’obtenir la collection saint Valentin… dommage pour cette restriction.

Articoli meravigliosi come sempre...ma la consegna questa volta pessima...il corriere ha lasciato il mio pacco sul muretto esterno al condominio..praticamente su strada...chiunque avrebbe potuto portarlo via se non si fosse trovata a rientrare la mia vicina di casa..che ha visto il pacco e lo ha preso...non mi hanno ne citofonato ne telefonato...il pacco è stato semplicemente lasciato lì..sul muretto..pessimo...parliamo di penne...per carità.. ma io nello store spendo tantissimo...e mi chiedo..e se l'ordine fosse stato come i miei soliti acquisti?avrei perso un sacco di soldi...la mia vicina ha fatto il lavoro del corriere...e devo ringraziarla...o non lo avrei mai trovato il pacco...pessimo

Faïence est très mauvaise car soi-disant produit livré par GLS depuis hier. Aucune nouvelle. Je vous ai déjà envoyé un mail aucune nouvelle de votre part et aucune nouvelle de GLS. J’attends toujours un retour et j’attends surtout les produits que j’avais commandé. Merci

Super efficace Legami. En revanche GLS pas du tout : une livraison à domicile qui termine dans un point relais loin de chez moi sans même m'en informer (alors que j'étaischez moi le jour J), et sans savoir si je peux me rendre au dit point relais... c'est un travail à moitié fait, et la commande va repartir à l'envoyeur!

J’adore les produits Legami, notamment les crayons et stylos qui sont vraiment super pour les enfants : colorés, ludiques, de bonne qualité et très appréciés à la maison. En revanche, je suis beaucoup plus déçu(e) concernant la livraison des pots en céramique. Le mien est arrivé entièrement cassé, ce qui montre clairement que l’emballage n’était pas adapté à un objet aussi fragile. C’est dommage car le produit semblait très joli. J’attends maintenant un retour rapide et un geste positif de la part du service client afin de régler cette situation au plus vite. En espérant une solution efficace, car j’apprécie vraiment la marque.

All of the items are really nice, shopping status is clear. However shipping services which is called GLS was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was staying and waiting for the expected delivery time and I noticed the delivery vehicle near here, but after a few minutes they sent me the email that they couldn’t deliver my packet due to recipient’s absence. I can’t believe that because absolutely I was here, the bell was not ringing. This means I had to pick up the items far place. That’s why, as long as the Legami shop is partnering the delivery company GLS, I will never buy it again.

Best Shopping experience in a while, everything is nice and organised so I knew where to find what. I am obsessed with the erasable gel pens and the cute design. They said the order would take 12 to 14 Business days but came after about 6 days. Definitely 5 stars!
