My shopping experience with Legami has been wonderful! The products are very cool and they come in very sturdy packaging. I also used their customer service, which is highly effective and fast. I received my order within a week.

Sehr positiv! Rasche Lieferung! Reklamation wurde sehr rasch bearbeitet, unverzügliche Rückmeldung, unkomplizierte Abwicklung! Leider waren einige Produkte im Online-Shop nicht mehr verfügbar, deshalb 1 Stern Abzug. Ansonsten ein tolles Einkauferlebnis

Very easy to order, the website is clear and easy to understand. Even though I’m in the UK I was happy to order straight from yourselves instead of waiting for the shops to have your new products. Fingers crossed they should be delivered today - under two weeks coming from Italy, I would say was very good! Please please please can you make a rhino next !!!!! I love rhinos!!!!! Thanks xxx

Je suis vraiment déçu de ma commande. À la réception du colis, plusieurs stylos étaient ouverts et les ressorts étaient éparpillés dans le carton. De plus, en retirant les étiquettes des nouveaux stylos à clic, le revêtement du stylo se décolle. C’est dommage, surtout pour des produits de cette qualité. J’espère que Legami pourra améliorer l’emballage et la qualité de finition. j'espère un geste car ma fille, moi et des amies les collationnent.

Hatts mehrmals Probleme beim Zahlungsvorgang und musste den Warenkorb mehrmals aufs neue füllen, was sehr ärgerlich war. Bestätigungsmail habe ich nie erhalten, daher bin ich gespannt obs überhaupt klappt.

Falsches Paket erhalten. Der Umtausch gestaltet sich sehr kompliziert und umständlich bzw. ist eventuell nicht möglich. Dann muss ich das falsche Paket zurücksenden und meine Bestellung noch einmal aufgeben. Kostet unnötig Zeit und Nerven.
