Falsches Paket erhalten. Der Umtausch gestaltet sich sehr kompliziert und umständlich bzw. ist eventuell nicht möglich. Dann muss ich das falsche Paket zurücksenden und meine Bestellung noch einmal aufgeben. Kostet unnötig Zeit und Nerven.

Ich habe diese Bewertungsemail bekommen, bevor ich überhaupt eine Versandbestätigung noch sonst irgendetwas von Legami bekommen habe. Ich hätte gerne meine Produkte. Habe aber keine Info darüber, wann sie kommen.

Le prix des frais de port est très cher.. il y a pas de possibilité d’envoie au point relais je trouve ça un peu dommage..

Je viens de réceptionné le colis, commande #01363511. À ma grande surprise les articles dans le colis ne sont pas du tout ceux que j’ai commandé. J’essaye contacter le site via leur formulaire et surprise , le message montre erreur et ne part pas. C’est désespérant. Pas de numéro de téléphone à appeler non plus. Je demande legami de régler cet incident au plus vite!

Einfache Abwicklung, wenn das Paket unterwegs ist -> schnelle Zustellung, ein Hinweis, dass der Verpackungsvorgang fast eine Woche dauert hätte man anführen können. Wir bestellen trotzdem wieder.

Paye 10€ de livraison et l’avoir en plus 1 semaine c’est non acceptable. De plus j’ai pas eu tout les produits et des choses que je n’ai pas commandé je recommande pas du tout le site.
