The website was terrible when it came to checkout as it kept sending me in a loop! The only fix was to checkout in a private tab via my browser! Because of that, it took a longer while to receive an order confirmation email to the point I had to contact support to make sure my order went through! Processing the order took longer than the maximum of 72hrs, and delivery was far past 8 working days as stated on the website, and the tracking provided didn't provide very clear and up-to-date updates. Very disappointed considering this was my first order! However, I am grateful my item arrived. It seems good quality and there's no issues with the item itself. I'll still order again soon, but if I'm ordering gifts for people, it seems that I'll have to make sure I order a month in advance due to the extremely slow delivery service.

hallo zusammen, ich habe bei Legami "Erasable Pen 0,7" gekauft und einen Kleine Münztasche sowie ein Plüschtier. Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden. was ich gar nicht gut fand das auf den schönen Designstiften unbedingt warnaufkleber drauf sein müssen die sehr schwer abzumachen gehen, warum auf einigen und anderen nicht ? Ich habe ca.15 verschiedene stifte gekauft wobei einige nicht gleich schrieben, lagen wohl schon lange oder die Qualität in China schwankt zu stark. Ansonsten tolles Konzept und die kleine Tasche sowie das Plüschtier haben überzeugt. Ich hätte gern noch ein Angebot für einen kleine Stifttasche gewünscht. Nach 10 Stiften im Warenkorb wird ne Stiftbox empfohlen. So alle lose sind nicht schick. Ich hoffe meinen Meinung kann Ihnen weiterhelfen. Grazie

La gourde que j'ai commandée est arrivée endommagée et ce n'est pas du au transport étant donné la matière de la gourde, elle est était endommagée au moment de la préparation de la commande.
