Some of the item broke on first use, I wrote to customer support but so far no answer, I sent a reminder - next step is social media with pictures of the quality of the items

Gli oggetti sono molto belli e ben fatti. Telo mare xl top, bellissimo ed enorme. Cuscino morbido e sbrillu cicante, zaino spazioso. Ho dovuto rincorrere il corriere ma nn dipende da voi ovviamente 😅

Unfortunately, our swimm matrace was delivered broken. We didn’t tried at home . Currently we are at our holiday and we’re very disappointed after seeing the swimm matrace is not holding the air and after 10 min. Is almost empty and not possible to use.
