Articles très bien, en revanche le service de livraison je suis extrêmement déçue. Le livreur a pris l'initiative de déposer le colis dans un point relais au lieu de le déposer à mon domicile comme convenu lors de la commande. Au prix des frais de livraison, je trouve cela regrettable de constater ce genre de comportement. Ceci a engendré des frais supplémentaires pour moi,en me déplaçant au point relais.

Wenn man die Euroseite gewählt hat kann man nicht mehr das Land wechseln und man muss alles erneut auf der richtigen Seite (in meinem Fall CHF) eingeben. Sehr umständlich und hat bei anderen dazu geführt dass sie dann nicht bei Legami bestellt haben. Um den Artikel in den Warenkorb legen, muss man explizit auf den Artikel klicken und dann nochmals in den Warenkorb legen. Das Icon alleine Warenkorb funktioniert nie. Ich habe schon zweimal den Kundendienst kontaktiert und wurde einfach ignoriert (keinerlei Rückmeldung oder Ähnliches) der Kundenservice ist wirklich nicht gut

Le délai de commande est rapide,delais respecté. 2 points négatifs : les frais de livraison beaucoup trop élévés et le transporteur GLS. En un mot GLS catastrophique, ne previent pas du passage, pas de coup de sonnette,colis déposé sur la terrasse en présence de 2 chiens (doberman ;-) ) et à la récupération du colis,les chiens s'y étaient attaqués, quel manque de serieux.
