J ai reçu mon colis déchire. Il manque les 3/4 de ma commande. Je n arrive pas a avoir un numéro de téléphone pour résoudre mon problème ni faire ma réclamation par mail. J avoue que je suis très déçue

Commande reçue rapidement. J'ai eu un soucis avec mon colis, il manquait un article et legami a très vite réagit suite à l'envoi de ma réclamation. Je ne vois rien à redire.

Abwicklung tadellos, allerdings ist zu kritisieren, dass die Versandkosten enorm hoch sind. Oft ist es die einzige Möglichkeit an die Stifte zu kommen und da wirkt die höhe der Versandkosten wie eine Frechheit. Daher nur zwei Sterne.
