Finding and ordering what I wanted was very easy . Purchase arrived well packaged and a day earlier than expected! I also think price's are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

I was disappointed with my experience. The lenses themselves were absolutely fine, but the individual packaging containing the solution did not look or feel as fresh as other lenses I have received, and they were not particularly easy to open. They simply didn’t have the fresh, new presentation I would expect. I was also very disappointed with the delivery time. When ordering lenses elsewhere, I have usually received them the next day or within two days, whereas this order took nearly a week to arrive. Overall, I was disappointed with both the presentation and the delivery time, and unfortunately I wouldn’t order from Letiano again.

I am not happy at all about my experience. In fact in trying to contact PayPal to request a refund. I bought three items 2 weeks ago with a few days delivery promise. The items have not even been dispatched as yet ! I’ve tried requesting a refund several times and no one in the customer service dept is responding to me. I believe this company may well be Siam and I shall be reporting them.

I ordered the Prada Linea Rossa0PS P03S1B010J-57 in a size medium for £199. I’d seen them advertised elsewhere for way more. After ordering, I read a few mixed reviews and got a bit nervous, but the experience was spot on. Delivery was really fast, the sunglasses were exactly as described, genuinely packaged, and in perfect condition. I’m honestly chuffed with the saving, around £150. Based on my order, I’d definitely buy from them again.

My prescription is usually -2.50, but when I tried on the lenses, I realized I was sent -3.50 instead. I’m not sure whether I accidentally selected the wrong prescription when ordering or if it was a system error. Thanks!
