Ho resistito le scarpe perché piccole tramite foglio precompilato nella confezione e seguendo le istruzioni scritte su di esso ma a 2 settimane il rimborso ancora non è stato effettuato

Esperienza positiva, serietà e professionalità. Unico rammarico: non essere riuscito a vedere riportato il mio acquisto (compressore STANLEY) nella voce "i miei acquisti". E' come se non lo avessi acquistato

Buongiorno Come prima esperienza direi non troppo bene ....sono trascorsi piu' di 20 giorni dall'ordine alla consegna ..... si puo' migliorare...U n punto a favore vostro e' il pagamento in contanti alla consegna...spero in futuro una ccelerazione nelle vostre consegne Grazie e buona giornata

Ho ricevuto il pacco esterno danneggiato e la confezione interna totalmente rotta e riparta con del nastro .

At the moment I am not happy. When I placed the order it quoted 10 days for delivery. The stove took a month to arrive and when it did was damaged so had to return it. Was told they wouldn’t send another one out until the damaged one was received and checked. I had an installation guy in to do all the prep and tiling ready for when the fire arrived. He was going to charge me for his time if I cancelled so went ahead so I just hope the new stove arrives as work been done around the size of this one. Customer service not at all helpful. Most of the time they didn’t reply to my messages, only when it suited them. I will up date my feedback once the new one arrives (that’s if I actually get it)
