Tutto soddisfacente come sempre ,pacco arrivato già in destinazione dopo 24 ore. Apparte corriere che non è affidabile, questo non è colpa di lioneonline loro sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa .

The worse company ever, probably because I bought in Italy, and as everyone know, in Italy almost everyone, it is not fair to other. I bought 2 kind of shoes from them, and before to buy them, I asked the company if I could return them for free in case something wasn't right, and they told me:"okay, no problem, return is free, we pay for it", and I decided to buy from this company. Then, one of the 2 shoes was to big and I had to return them, and I found out that I had to pay the cost of the expedition, so I talk again to the company, and their answer was:"you have to pay for it". So I show them all the chat we had before, and they said "yes, you are right, we have got confused, and we apologise, but return it is free only for Italians in Italy, who live abroad has to pay expedition cost to return things to us". And I told them:"look, you told me it was free to return it, I think only for this time you should fix it, and pay for the return", and them end the conversation with myself without unswer me anymore. Sadly, in all my life, the only company I had problems with, are Italians company. I don't know why, but all the time I had some problems with any kind of foreigners company, they fixed the problems and has been very helpful, instead Italian company always gave me more troubles, but "LINE ONLINE" it is definitely the worse company of all by far, and 1 star is the minimum I can rate it, otherwise minus 10 stars it would be more appropriate.
