L'acquisto è stato eccellente, prodotto ben descritto e preciso nelle taglie, di buona qualità ad un buon prezzo. Comunicazione ok. Pagamento sicuro. Nonostante i tempi siano stati rispettati avrei preferito una spedizione più veloce. Cmq molto, molto consigliato.

Fast delivery and great price, even come with a spare water hose and connections, mains power is a euro plug which I didn’t realise but they also supplied a uk plug adapter. Would recommend.

Intenté cancelar un pedido y me fue imposible y a la hora de volverlo me salía muy caro si pueden deberían de facilitar durante un período de tiempo la cancelación del pedido.

I ordered from you GARDENA's Tree and Pruning Lopper Telescopic StarCut 410 plus. I received GARDENA StarCut Pro L Telescopic Pruning Lopper. On your website you show the code for the Starcut 410 as 12081 -20 whereas this is the code for the Starcut Pro L. On the Gardena site the code for the Gardena Starcut 410 plus is 12001-20. The 410 is lighter than the Pro L hence my reason for ordering it. If I had chosen the ProL I could have bought it cheaper elsewhere without the Shipping ad Handling Costs of £13.65. Everything else about your service was very good, but this error was not good. I will persevere with the pruner sent.
