My licence stoped after 4 days, and they insist they have to access my pc to fix it and there's no problem.. fishi... Later the admited there was a problem with my user but still refuse to refund as I got the real adobe meanwhile..

ACQUISTO SPESSO DA MACROSOFT MA CI SONO SEMPRE PROBLEMI CON LE LICENZE. E L'ASSISTENZA NON E' CERTO CELERE: ANCHE 2 GIORNI PRIMA DI RISPONDERE !!!! IL SERVIZIO VALE TANTO MA LA PRECISIONE E L'ASSISTENZA.....

Ho comprato ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD che non è mai stato accessibile. Mi è toccato accedere ad un indirizzo email con una password e poi quando ho provato a scaricare dava password invalida. Nessun download e nessun programma dopo quasi una settimana dall'acquisto ed un'infinità di prese in giro con l'assistenza. Avendo fretta di avere quei programmi per lavoro ho dovuto rivolgermi altrove e chiedendo poi il recesso non arriva nessuna risposta. Non sono soddisfatto di questa azienda e non ricomprerò mai più. Andrò a spargere denuncia perchè non è ammissibile un atteggiamento così nelle vendite online.

Salve, ci spiace leggere dal suo feedback che la sua esperienza con il nostro store non sia stata positiva. Da verifiche effettuate sui nostri canali di assistenza si evince che tecnici in un primo momento le hanno fornito supporto inviandole nuovamente il link per scaricare il prodotto e le le procedure necessarie per superare le difficoltà da lei incontrate. Solo in un secondo momento, non riuscendo in autonomia a risolvere il problema, le è stato proposto di intervenire tramite l'utilizzo di un software per assistenza da remoto in cui la password di accesso scade dopo circa un minuto rendendolo totalmente sicuro e contestualizzato al momento dell'intervento concordato tra l'altro previo appuntamento. Lei ha, con nostro rammarico, categoricamente rifiutato l'intervento rendendo impossibile il supporto da parte dei colleghi. Da sempre Macrosoft si impegna per fornire ai sui clienti eccellenza nei prodotti e nel servizio assistenza cosa avvalorata dalla maggior parte delle recensioni a nostro attivo. Mi auguro quindi vorrà riconsiderare il suo punto di vista e contattare per ulteriori, dubbi, chiarimenti o supporto la nostra assistenza tramite WhatsApp al numero +393274538210 . J'ai consulté le site pendant 2 semaines avant de me décider à acheter. Pourquoi ? Parce que c'est un site en Italie, mais j'ai eu raison de vous faire confiance. Pourquoi ? Parce que j'ai travaillé pendant 43 ans chez Pellenc sa et j'ai toujours dessiné AutoCAD depuis les années 1993. J'avais un doute sur ma capacité à installer le logiciel sur mon PC. Quand j'ai lu les avis qui sont beaucoup en Italien ça m'a permis de me décider à acheter ce logiciel. Comme prévu j'ai donc fait appel à votre assistance et là j'ai découvert un service super compétent et rapide. Ça à été réglé en 3 H30 Bravo à toute l'équipe de Macrosoft

Absolutely awful experience from purchasing Photoshop for1 month. This maybe that 8 don't speak Italian as received my digital download information of which I had to use Google to translate but instructions were not clear on what I had to with missing link from first step. Provided me with an email address and password - of which I cannot access due to MS Outlook will not work with message seems password maybe incorrect or i need to change mail server settings for incoming and outgoing. Contact their support via online messaging and also WhatsApp but getting no where. They wanted me allow them to remote to computer . But I don't trust as they ar a reseller also for my own security i prefer not! Asked for refund but they ignore my request for a refund. After several days from purchase still been unable to use my purchase. Not happy at all Thumbs down - I won't be purchasing again from this website reseller.
