I gave up waiting for the link for 3 days. I thought it was a scam and I signed up with another company. I decided to forget my £25 before i lost any more money. Also, all the communication was in italian, and I am in England. A bad experience !

Che brutta esperienza: ho acquistato, pagato, ricevuto la fattura ricevuto il link per scaricare il programma, ma non funziona, chiedo aiuto e per tutta risposta mi chiedono informazioni sul prodotto che mi hanno mi hanno venduto, non capisco, pensano o non sono pensanti? comunque pessima esperienza e totale disinteresse nei confronti del cliente.

Ho ordinato il pacchetto publisher 2021 e mi è arrivato il pacchetto Office 2021, che non avevo richiesto. Nelle foto sul web vi era il pacchetto di Publisher (pacchetto verde) e non quello di Office, altrimenti non l'avrei acquistato, perchè non mi serviva.

Unable to access link.Instructikns re email unclear. Asked for help but one request ignored and second request was not helpful at all. Asked for a refund and that was ignored as well. Wasted a lot of time and money

I am still waiting for a refund after wasting hours on trying to activate the software with 2 different keys that would not work!! After they supplied me with a new key (that did not work ) I requested a refund for my purchase that was useless to me!!!
