Malissimo tutto.. ho comprato una cornice, i colori non corrispondono, di vetro c’è solo il davanti , dietro tutta plastica c'era scritto scatola in legno é di cartone .. per mandare indietro bisogna pagare la spedizione Mai più

Buongiorno, tutti i portafoto a Murano hanno il plexiglas come supporto, questo serve per far inserire la foto altrimenti non sarebbe possibile con altri materiali tipo tutto in vetro di Murano. Inoltre la cassa di legno viene fornita solo per sculture di grandi dimensioni, per oggetti piccoli come il suo non è necessario un imballaggio in cassa di legno. siamo professionisti nell'imballaggio e come ben ha visto il suo ordine è arrivato intatto. Le ho chiesto di restituire l'ordine in caso non le fosse piaciuto e io le farò subito il rimborso. Grazie Cordiali Saluti MadeMuranoGlass

Veder lavorare il vetro dai maestri di Murano e creare delle opere uniche è un esperienza da provare, possedere una di queste è un sogno. Abbiamo appena acquisito, direttamente sul sito internet di Mademuranoglass, un vaso e un pesce fatto in murina di qualità eccezionale. Prima del acquisto ho contattato l’azienda per richiedere informazioni riguardo acquisto e spedizioni all'estero, dove ho avuto la possibilità di parlare con un addetto dell’azienda, gentile, disponibile e preparato. Il processo di acquisto sul internet è stato facile e trasparente. La spedizione è stata quasi immediata e i prodotti sono arrivati intatti e sicuri (spediti e ricevuti in Danimarca!). The vase is beautiful, but the packaging is disappointing. I would expect the products of such a renowned brand to be beautifully packaged. It's supposed to be a gift but in the box it arrived in unfortunately I can not give it away...
