Shopping experience was great. Product arrived promptly and in perfect condition. We have visited the glass factory in Murano and purchased several items on our vacation. This new order was for a flower vase. It is beautiful. The pieces are truly a work of art.

All round excellence, with only one exception! Their customer service and helpfulness were tremendous and I love my product- Large Sylvestro Cat, personally engraved in recognition of her upcoming Graduation. It was hand engraved and shipped to me within a day! Regrettably I have one complaint which I think needs mentioning and that is the cost of shipping which I had assumed was included in the price at checkout. However I was hit with a cost of a further £65 on delivery. I think this cost should either be charged at checkout or else at least be advised to customers upfront. However, only a small gripe in what was overall a first class experience.

We ordered a replacement tiled glass bowl as we had broken one that we had bought from Murano Glass several years ago. I communicated with Alvise, sent a photo of the original and they produced a similar bowl which was then shipped to us in Kenya. The entire process was seamless and we love our new bowl!

Whilst purchasing the item was relatively simple, I was not given to understand that I would be required to pay import duty and taxes when shipping the item to the UK. Whilst I wouldn't necessarily expect you to be able to calculate that cost, I would certainly expect that the additional cost would be brought very clearly to my attention prior to completing the purchase. As it is, the item has cost me significantly more than I expected it to, and I was given no alternative other than to pay the additional costs. When I raised this with you, you drew to my attention a clause within your terms and conditions which made me responsible for these costs. You also said that it was not your fault, it was a UK government cost as a result of the UK leaving the EU. Whilst that may be the case, I would still expect to be warned about the additional cost in advance (ie before I made the purchase, or at least, as I was making the purchase) so that I could factor that cost into whether or not to complete the purchase. Very poor.

Went online and ordered a glass sculpture. The item was sent almost immediately, and turned up at my door in rural Australia in just a few days! Amazing. It was packed very well and atrrivef intact. What a beautiful toucan! It will be used as an award for business excellence by the Healesville Rotary Club next week- a Costa Rican coffee roaster. Hence the toucan.

If I could give no stars at all - I would. The single worst online purchase experience I have ever had! The necklace was a Christmas gift that arrived in pieces. The seller Alvise Dei Rossi would not accept that the piece must have been sent that way, as there was no interference with packaging (accusing me of having caused the damage), incorrectly advised us that he would send a replacement immediately and being a real pain when we tried to get our money back for returning the item. Do not use this company.
