Everything was received package wonderfully absolutely beautiful. Took time to get it out of customs and we were hit with a $552 service charge that we did not know about other than that. We were thrilled to have everything we got. Thank you.

Twice I asked if I was purchasing the necklace that was actually shown in the picture, I was told Si. After I paid .. days later I was given a choice of 3 different necklaces, I did not care for any of them like I had the original. I am not pleased with the colours in the one I received.

The parcel was modified by the manufacturer at the spot and shipped immediatelly by Fedex, that makes the price a bit higher than usual. I wasn't very thorough, so I didn't notice the size of the item, so it came much bigger than expected (it would be enough 4 x 5 cm or similar). In general, I appreciate the service of the shop.
