I thought everything was perfect until I received the watch. Instead of being beautifully presented it arrived in some non-descript foam and bubble wrap. All in all, a very poor effort!

Bit of a hiccup with availability and dispatch timetable shown on the website but they genuinely pulled out all the stops to get an alternative (and beautiful) product to me on time. Special mention too for DHL, which was superb. Mademuranoglass is very good and I would highly recommend buying your Murano glassware from them.

All together it's a nice product that my wife loved. I did ask it to be as a gift wrapped but it just came without any special way and covered only with bubble wrap.

The vase looks great. It’s a solid piece of glass with a beautiful gold color. However the delivery took longer than expected. Instead of promised one week it took almost a month to receive the order.
