My wife fell in love with Murano glass when we visited there in 2021. So I thought I would surprise her with some for Valentine's Day. I ordered from Venice on Feb. 6th and it arrived in Idaho, U.S.A. on February 12th. Free international shipping. Amazing service even better jewelry. The craftsmanship is amazing.

Ordered a set of 6 glasses and they turned out beautiful! Packaging was very well done. I purchased a surprise gift as well and it was very fitting with Valentines Day coming up. Shipping took longer than expected as I was waiting for the product to be created, however they had great communication and was shipped and delivered promptly once the glasses were blown. Will buy again from Made Murano Glass!

The piece supplied is magnificent and more than lives up to its image and description on the website. Customer service reply quickly and efficiently and the item was dispatched promptly, was well packaged and arrived a few days after sending via a good quality courier. The only issue I had was that as a UK customer, I incurred customs charges and courier collection fees plus 20% VAT which added a further third to the cost. These charges are outside the control of the supplier, though I feel non EEC customers should be advised that these significant additional charges will be levied.

Bought some glass flowers for my wife's birthday. Got them long after the birthday but they are here and are very good quality and my wife likes them. Would buy again but from a stockist In the UK as I had not factored in the taxes due over and above the purchase price which added another 50% to the cost. No matter all is well good products
