Molto soddisfatto del prodotto. E della disponibilita` ad accelerare la spedizione una volta che ho chiamato telefonicamente. Suggerirei pero` : 1. Di inviare una conferma della ricezione dell'ordine. Ho subito ricevuto conferma del pagamento, ma poi piu` nulla per due giorni, e ho dovuto telefonare (fra l'altro, il numero indicato nella conferma del pagamento era errato) per avere conferma dell'ordine. 2. Di dare informazioni sulla tempistica della spedizione (magari nella conferma di cui al punto 1). 3. Di prevedere la possibilita` di fare pacchi regalo. (Non e` specificato se nel pacco ci saranno fattura o altri documenti).

Very pleased with the gondola, but it would help if customers were told that there may be other charges to pay in addition to the basic cost. Indicate where engravings are placed if left at your choice of place.

The piece supplied is magnificent and more than lives up to its image and description on the website. Customer service reply quickly and efficiently and the item was dispatched promptly, was well packaged and arrived a few days after sending via a good quality courier. The only issue I had was that as a UK customer, I incurred customs charges and courier collection fees plus 20% VAT which added a further third to the cost. These charges are outside the control of the supplier, though I feel non EEC customers should be advised that these significant additional charges will be levied.

Bought some glass flowers for my wife's birthday. Got them long after the birthday but they are here and are very good quality and my wife likes them. Would buy again but from a stockist In the UK as I had not factored in the taxes due over and above the purchase price which added another 50% to the cost. No matter all is well good products
