Experience with Muranoglass s great. Unfortunately hit by big import tax to pay when goods delivered. Not Murano Glasses fault but not expected.

Main item is beautiful and arrived quickly. Customer service was responsive and helpful. The “bonus” gift was uninspiring and one of the pieces was chipped.

Ordering was simple and straightforward. However, I was surprised that it took more than 5 weeks for the item to arrive with no advance warning. I made inquiries several times during the process, all of which were answered, but it would have been better to have been prepared for this time course when the order was placed.

Nice contact and quick shipping. The lamps are very pretty. It is only a little bit bad, that the price for the lamps, we bought, has now been reduced.

The parcel was modified by the manufacturer at the spot and shipped immediatelly by Fedex, that makes the price a bit higher than usual. I wasn't very thorough, so I didn't notice the size of the item, so it came much bigger than expected (it would be enough 4 x 5 cm or similar). In general, I appreciate the service of the shop.

Dealing with Muranoglass was easy. However getting the item through US customs is a problem.

The only problem I had is I thought there was a metal bail on my red Murano heart, at least there was on the picture of the heart. The bail is made out of glass as well..

Love our Belteo jug. For your information, the photo appears to have a golden tint in the non-painted areas. That golden tint is visible on the inside, but much of it was apparently painted on the outside in a silver tent. Still love it, thanks. Gary

The vase is beautiful, but the packaging is disappointing. I would expect the products of such a renowned brand to be beautifully packaged. It's supposed to be a gift but in the box it arrived in unfortunately I can not give it away...
