It was brilliant. The website was easy to navigate and I got my order quickly. The ornament I ordered looked beautiful. It is a gift for my mother who I am sure will love it

I was nervous sending payment directly to a foreign seller. I initially entered conflicting payment information--my fault. Email communication was quickly returned regardless of time or day! Once my mistake was remedied the purchase arrived to Nevada within a few days! No customs charges. Nominal currency exchange charge. Quality product.

I found what I wanted - glasses - but they were only available on the site in sets of 6. I emailed to see if I could buy just two and got a reply within a few minutes and about an hour later, I'd placed my order (for two!) They arrived about a week later and were perfect. (Don't forget that you'll need to pay import duty if you're living in the UK. Thanks a lot, Brexit!)

I do not know how this could have been better. It was easy to order; a few days later I was told my product had been made; and then it was shipped promptly. And by the way, the piece we bought is just lovely. This is the second time I have done business with Mademuranoglass, but it will certainly not be the last.

Shopping with Murano was very easy online and Ivwas able to see how I would be paying in Stirling which was very helpful. The products have arrived very quickly and efficiently, well wrapped. The products themselves are better than what they appeared on the website. Extremely pleased would shop again with Murano.
