Nice contact and quick shipping. The lamps are very pretty. It is only a little bit bad, that the price for the lamps, we bought, has now been reduced.

The parcel was modified by the manufacturer at the spot and shipped immediatelly by Fedex, that makes the price a bit higher than usual. I wasn't very thorough, so I didn't notice the size of the item, so it came much bigger than expected (it would be enough 4 x 5 cm or similar). In general, I appreciate the service of the shop.

Dealing with Muranoglass was easy. However getting the item through US customs is a problem.

The only problem I had is I thought there was a metal bail on my red Murano heart, at least there was on the picture of the heart. The bail is made out of glass as well..

Love our Belteo jug. For your information, the photo appears to have a golden tint in the non-painted areas. That golden tint is visible on the inside, but much of it was apparently painted on the outside in a silver tent. Still love it, thanks. Gary

The vase is beautiful, but the packaging is disappointing. I would expect the products of such a renowned brand to be beautifully packaged. It's supposed to be a gift but in the box it arrived in unfortunately I can not give it away...

We are delighted with our 2 Ohio goblets. They are beautiful. They were very straightforward to order and came promptly and very well packed. The only problems were with the delivery by UPS as they did not check adequately whether we were in and then did not tell us when they were coming. However the third attempt was successful by a delightful and efficient driver.

Ho ordinato un prodotto che purtroppo mi è arrivato rotto a casa. Non so di chi sia la responsabilità ma comunque l'assistenza è stata molto utile nell'ottenere un rimborso/reso e in tempi brevi. L'unico consiglio è di evitare di fare affidamento sulle istruzioni scritte sul sito e scrivere una mail direttamente all'assistenza che vi farà sapere le modalità. Spero che investano in mezzi di spedizione più sicuri vista la tipologia di prodotto in modo da evitare questi inconvenienti.

La caraffa e i bicchieri sono bellissimi e perfettamente corrispondenti a quelli che avevo scelto ed erano adeguatamente imballati La spedizione è stata rapida Il regalo che avrei dovuto ricevere avendo deciso di pagare 20 euro in più Personalmente l ‘ho trovato molto bruttino e me ne sono pentita. In un eventuale prossimo ordine non ripeterò la scelta Cordialmente
