Compared to other online cosmetic retailers, Marisa Profumerie stands out because their free "gift" samples are much better: ample-sized perfumes and creams that allow the client to discover new products that work for them. (Other retailers only give worthless single-use packet samples.) Regarding my website user experience, there was one glitch: Marisa Profumeria didn't email an order confirmation. I received only a third-party email stating that my credit card had been charged (!); no confirmation of the products purchased, etc. This was problematic a week later when I tried to track my order, presumably delayed because of the nationwide transportation/shipping strike in Italy. Although I wrote an email to Marisa Profumerie customer care to inquire about the shipping and order confirmation, no one responded. Ultimately the package arrived 15 days after purchase.
