Molto delusa, ho annullato un ordine ma il pagamento e' stato effettuato lo stesso, prontamente ho segnalato il tutto al servizio clienti via mail allegando copia della transazione chiedendone il rimborso. Dopo quasi 3 mesi e varie telefonate al call center ancora nulla, solo le classiche frasi le faremo sapere, segnalo la cosa all' ufficio competente e via dicendo. Ho molti dubbi che rivedro' i miei soldi indietro.... Serieta' pari a zero non comprero' piu' nulla da, loro
