My rate and comment are not about the customer service that I received which was really good. The only one thing I would like to bring to your attention is the new location which is not easy to reach by public transports or walking at all. It’s quite funny that you need to pay for a taxi to get there to pick up the vehicle and again call a taxi or someone else asking for a ride once you’ve dropped it off. When I went to Sicily last year, a lady came to pick up us and she even took us to the airport on our last day without asking for any extra money and she told us it was a service that they decided to give to their customers and each Morini branch could decide obviously what to offer. You may take in consideration the same idea and if you don’t like doing it for free, you could always charge a small extra fee for it (obviously less than what a taxi charges otherwise there’s no point). No doubt the new location is spacious than the previous one but on my way to the train station even the taxi driver said the place can’t be seen if people don’t mention the name of the gas station over the phone. Am I the first customer to complain about the new location, guys?
