Leider warten wir immer noch auf den bestellten Kaffee (Bestellung 09.01.). Bei einer zusätzlichen Versandgebühr von 10€ ist das deutlich zu lange und nicht akzeptabel.

No five stars because your mailings can be quite confusing. Perhaps because there's no distinction between existing and new customers. An announced discount promotion turned out to be false. No five stars either because of your transport. In the Netherlands, that's DPD. The fact that it's unnecessarily delivered to the neighbors is probably an isolated incident. But the fact that there's little or no information about when it will be delivered—not even on which day and certainly not at what time—is very impractical. The coffee is excellent, and we hope to enjoy it for a long time to come. 5 Stars.
