Caffè favoloso, uso le cialde musetti compostabili - peccato per il packaging in plastica. Ottimo servizio shop online che io uso spesso. Il mio negozio di riferimento è quello di Pontenure (PC) dov'è il personale è gentilissimo, preparato, disponibile e ha sempre un sorriso. Grazie

I placed my order on 15 June, and as of 16 July I still have not received it. The tracking information in the app continues to show that the coffee pods are in transit in Italy, with no progress. I contacted customer service several times. They replied promptly, but were unable to tell me where the shipment is or provide a meaningful update or estimated delivery date. The lack of delivery and the absence of clear information have made this a very disappointing shopping experience.

Dopo una lunga processione per trovare una macchinetta caffè come la volevo io! Che facesse un BEL CAFFÈ Bollente e cremoso,sono approdata su questo sito. La macchina caffè é arrivata NUOVA DI ZECCA!! Se non avesse avuto ritardo il corriere, in due gg l’avrei avuta a casa. Esperienza FANTASTICA! Spedizioni veloci Vedremo prossimamente se avró bisogno del servizio clienti… Ma mi sembra PROMETTA BENE 😊
