Shipping costs are way to high, if you order more freight costs go up even more, wanted to order for Eur 300 of coffee needed to pay 33 freight costs, more then 10% that is way to much.

Es war nicht meine erste Bestellung, ich kenne die Sorten. Die Beschreibungen sind sehr aufschlussreich und erleichtern einem die Wahl. Meine Favoriten sind Intenso, miscla rosso und Gran Cru. Leider ist der Versand mit 15€ recht teuer.

Very easy to order. The machine is delivered in a few days to NL, so very fast. The Musetti pads to try are a perfect fit with the ESE machine. Mille grazie!

La macchina da caffè La piccola, sembra robusta ed il recipiente in vetro è un plus, ho dato tre stelle per un problema di assemblaggio che interessa l’interruttore d’accensione, non è in sede e non si riesce a posizionarlo, rimane precario, significando che non essendo incastrato ed utilizzato quotidianamente, potrebbe uscire dalla sede. Il problema è stato segnalato ma la risposta è stata che “non dovrebbe succedere nulla”…….Speriamo bene.

Die Bestellung wurde sehr schnell bearbeitet und ist in wenigen Tagen angekommen. Musetti arbeitet derzeit mit dem Kurierdienst DPD. Die Schnittelle zwischen den Kurierdiensten Italien/Deutschland funktioniert allerdings nicht so gut (die Sendungsverfolgung zeigte das Paket noch "im Verteilzentrum", wurde aber unerwartet zugestellt). Dafür kann Musetti nicht. Der Kaffee schmeckt mir. Die Preise sind sehr fair. Einzelne Verpackungen hatten das Vakuum verloren, der Kundenservice verspricht die Qualitätssicherung zu involvieren.
