I received a defective item which was resolved. My review is based solely on the use and length of time taken trying to resolve the matter with customer service through email. It took a long time to communicate via email and at one stage I was unsure my email had been received as I had no reply for several days and no automatic confirmation of receipt (as I had with my first email). I would suggest to the company a short email to say it had been received and was being looked into would have been helpful. I tried contacting through what's app as thought may be quicker but was told I had to reply to the email. Having said all that, they were able to resolve the matter and gave the option of exchanging at a local nomination partner store. If it wasn't for how long it took to get communication and the situation sorted I would have given 4-5 stars. The staff in the store were brilliant, very helpful and assisted me.

Dear Louise, we regret reading your review. Our software is set so that you will receive a first email confirming that we have received your request and will reply within 1/2 business day (which we did). The free replacement of your charm has been immediately offered. However, n order to grant you the exact solution that you requested - that is the swap of the item with another one not directly with us but in store - we needed to get in touch with one of our retailers (and their agent as well). As you will understand this needed a coupe of days more following the exchange of emails between the various departments. We're happy that you were assisted by a helpful staff in store. I have been buying Nomination charms and bracelets since the 90"s.I have never been anything but thrilled with your products and service.I am still wearing them! I Love the variety and colors of the composable bracelets.I am, however , sad that there aren't any charms to add to my Smarty and Tiny.I only have two or three.And it looks like there are less for Big which is my favorite..Glad you are still around and I will always be a loyal customer! Barbara

The bracelet is lovey, although the website was difficult to navigate, and took a lot longer than anticipated to purchase the item. I also ordered the gift bag at an extra charge which was so creased on arrival I was unable to use it.

I was happy with my charms but I wasn't happy with the delivery they could of posted it though my letter box I wasn't in the 3 times they called then and had to travel to a shop to pick it up
