The create your own bracelet looks fabulous and all the links look even better than online. All th items I have bought in total from Nomination have been fantastic. Outer packaging protective, inner packaging is attractive and sturdy, speed of delivery excellent. And the service on the live chat is person not a bot,and whoever I have dealt with has always resolved any questions I have had. I recommend you buy from Nomination

Service was fine nothing too special, ordered online and delivered on time before Christmas ect but I though the website could have been easier to navigate and the discount for signing up on first order was a cumbersome process

The bracelet is beautiful but I was surprised that I didn’t get the links I replaced from the starter bracelet in the order as I’m sure I paid for the starter bracelet as part of the order. I thought I would receive the blank links so I could create a second bracelet once I’d completed the first

Dear Sam, thanks for your review. We'd like to clarify the reason why you did not receive further blank Links with your bracelet. This was created through our Configurator. Once you use this tool, each link with the symbols that you choose will take the place of one of the empty links on the base bracelet. You will personalize your bracelet but the length will be the one you chose at the beginning of the process. Of course the price of the blank Links removed is deducted from the final price. Still not received my order that was family’s Christmas presents. Not happy as it ruined my Christmas. Customer service is a nightmare with dealing with my problem I’ve sent so many emails and they take so long to reply… till not dealt with my problem
