all went well from ordering to delivery, i will be ordering again especially when i got my charms at reduced prices. Thank you Nomination.

Packaging far too big and if more than one charm is ordered, they are clipped together which makes it difficult to separate if they are not for the same person. I recently ordered 2 lots of 2 charms and as they are for my daughters 40th b/day and my other daughter and myself, this has been impossible to separate. My daughter has a tool to separate but I can hardly ask her to separate her own gifts

Website was hard to navigate had to contact company twice for help, the only reason I used the website was because I received a gift voucher which I couldn’t use in my local store. I don’t think I’d use the site again. However, I do love my bracelet and think the range is lovely.

Easy to order and pay. Quick delivery. Did realise deliveries had to be sign for so had to rearrange to an alternative address as weekend delivery wasn’t an option.
