Took much longer than 5-7working days to come luckily I ordered it really early as it was for a birthday present, website is nightmare and can't save on the wish list but the charm is just what I wanted.

Your order has been placed during warehouse inventory.As we wrote on the website, the shipments were blocked until monday 13th. We can understand your position, anyway our generic shipping times are 3/5 working days. Your order has been shipped the second day available for the shipments. Excelent site, very friendly and reliable. Delivery was normal within deadlines. Excelent pictures, very realistic.

Shopping interface was relatively smooth. Limited contact post order - no follow up email to confirm order received/delivery etc. Had to contact and company were slow to respond. Dispatched from site of manufacture later than expected.

You wrote us 2 times: In both case we replied to you the same day. 3)Dispatched from site of manufacture later than expected. As wrote on the website, the shipping times can be delayed in particular period such as Christmas.Christmas period is the most intensive period for our company.We regret if we're not been able to deliver the parcel in the standard shipping times, anyway you received the parcel in time for Christmas as declared on the website. I have to say the service provided by Nomination has been excellent! Unfortunately the courier was not & lost my parcel. Nomination where quick to refund my account without hesitation. I have given a 5 star review as Nominations service was perfect given the circumstances.
