Purchasing on the website was very difficult because the screen kept on moving. Coudn’t find what I was searching for. Finally I found it. There where no documents added for return. What I bought, was not what I wanted to buy in relation to description found.

I bought two nomination charms for 2 separate people as a Christmas present, they came linked together. No information of how to unlink them. I didn't even receive a box to put them in. Will not be using this website again

These are fantastic, excellent service, easy to order and arrives in a few days. They email you the whole journey, which is very helpful as I work full time.
