Absolutely brilliant service. Was a little sceptical about ordering from abroad, however there were no issues with my order. I was kept fully updated about delivery etc.

Products are great and excellent quality. However, delivery took a long time and was held up for a few days in Germany. I had to alter my plans to stay in to sign for the parcel and then it didn’t even turn up which was very inconvenient. I would have appreciated more frequent updates.

The parcel has been shipped by an external courier so the delay in shipment is out of our control. Anyway, we're happy to check with the courier why the delivery was delayed 2 days. Very happy with order. Items were shipped in a timely manner and was communicated with via email to let me know when my item was expected to be delivered right up to the actual delivery. Very impressed with product and service

Please DO NOT send the links attached together. I could not undo them and had to give them as one present rather than two. This is expensive to do. The only alternative would have been taking them to a Nomination stand in a shopping centre but I did not have time for this! The other three links have come connected as well!
