The customer service was excellent. I was kept well informed about stock issue and the item was back in stock the day I was told it would be delivery was very fast as well.

Overall the service was excellent. Only feedback that I would like to give is:- I would like to see a larger selection of links for the Big Link category. I would assume that big links are mainly targeted to the male customer and thus more male centric link should be made available. (sports, etc)

After confirmation of my order I didn’t hear anything for a while and when I did it was to let me know that two of the charms / links which were reduced (not when I ordered them) were out of stock and delivery will be delayed. If they were out of stock it should have shown on the website and then I might have chosen a different one. Having said that, when I contacted to say I needed them for a birthday present for a 10 year old, it was sent out quickly to arrive in time and I was able to track delivery. I probably wouldn’t order directly from Nomination again and would use a UK jeweller.

This is the reason why it's not easy to update the availability of each item, there are more than 3000 references. Delivery delayed as the charm I had purchased was out of stock .... if I had known this when I clicked on the item at the time of order I could have made the choice whether to wait or to order a different item. Nominations kept in touch about the delivery date but unfortunately my best friend had to wait for her 60th birthday present

I recently purchased a bracelet and three charms I only received the bracelet and one charm I sent evidence in the form of a photo and the customer care lady sent one back of the charms all ready to be shipped however this doesn’t explain how I’m still two charms missing! I’m disgusted in the poor service and I won’t be recommending nomination to anyone in the future if this matter isn’t resolved il be looking to contact the Omdusman
