ordered it on Christmas day so had a long wait for it to be delivered but definitely worth it!!

The product themselves were good... but your customer service team are very rude. Upon asking where my order was I got a snotty email back saying I can cancel it? Perhaps a few lessons on how to speak to a customer needed! Especially the price you pay!

Ordering with Nomination was easy and dispatched quickly. The issue was with the courier UPS. Their communication was poor, it kept saying out for delivery when it wasn't even in the country plus on the day the driver did not even attempt to deliver to my home but said wasn't in and left it at a drop off point.

Communication regarding when my order would arrive was not good. When you order the website is in English. The customer services speak Italian which I do not. I sent an email as the charm had not arrived and got no response.
