the upload of photo to be engraved went wrong, so i received a blank link. I had a great contact with customer service and we are working on solving this problem, but it would have been nice that it was noticed after the order was placed (ordering a link to be engraved but no photo?) instead of having to go through this extra work and costs for all parties.

Everything was Lovely! I wanted to update my favorite link charm bracelet. Nomination has always been my go to because of the quality, ease of shopping and prompt on time delivery. I get so many compliments on bracelet!

The website was easy to navigate and it was easy to place an order. Items are shipped promptly and I was kept up to date with a delivery date.

I was shocked to only receive 1 box when I ordered two charms , as they was for two different people, the charm also didn't sit properly in the box . I emailed to explain and did say that this was my first time ordering and the response I received back was cold abd unsympathetic to my dilemma.

My.niece loved the bracelet. The website could be improved as it is difficult to know the cost of the initial bracelet.

I bought a bracelet with the mothers day charms. I didn't want the recipt sent with the bracelet as it was a gift. Customer service contacted me promptly and sent the recipt to me via email 5 star customer service, the bracelet arrived promptly and I was contacted about delivery. My Mum adored her bracelet, it arrived assembled which was great, the quality is excellent and the best thing is, they are suitable for all price ranges. I was so impressed I ordered one myself, bit I ordered from a jewellers and it came all separate, so I have had to order the tool to put it all together which was a little disappointing.
