I bought a Welsh flag nomination link to give as a present but I could not do so because the image was very unsatisfactory. The welsh dragon had been painted beyond its outline perimeter and it did not look like the product on the website. My friends could not identify the image as the Welsh flag on the link. This is the first time I have been disappointed with a nomination product and I would like a refund please.

I am so happy that I was able to find Nomination Co. again. 25 years ago, I purchased a bracelet for my husband that he has continuously worn. One of the links broke and I took a good look at the bracelet and decided to replace it. The store no longer carries the links, searched around and found a Kansas City Mo store that carried the links but not the BIGS. I wrote the company and found out how to purchase the links I needed for a new bracelet for him. I was thrilled, so I purchased the links for bracelets for my three grandsons who are aged 1, 3 and 4. When they turn 18 they will get their bracelets from their grandma. I then ordered a bracelet for my friend who is turning 75 this month. So, thank you so much for handling my orders and having them sent to me in the USA. I LOVE THE COMPOSABLE BRACELETS!! Mine is like new from 25 years ago.

Great service and quick delivery, I ordered 2 charms for my daughters birthday, one from myself and the other a present from her Grandad, when the charms arrived they were in the same packet and attached together, which caused a problem as the only person who is able to get them apart is my daughter who the charms were for!!!
