The items (and I’ve bought a lot!) take far too long to arrive, but they are nice when you finally receive them.

I won’t give neither a star so the order arrived 2 charms linked together and with stain on them and visibly you could see aren’t new condition. After few email I’ve been replied with clean them with a cloth and a link to separate them. Over and over again saying to clean them when I confirmed to them the stains aren’t going away. I’ve returned the items in the end and I’m waiting for my refund. I hope at least for the refund to be FairPlay. So no happy awaiting a long time for some items and receive them in that condition. Customer service if you’re lucky replay after 2-3 days and not helpful at all, they just drag you with a replay like clean them and after you wait 3 days more to have another response. Very disappointed!

All items sold are new, despite the small imperfections that an artisanal jewel can have. We replied to your emails according to the 24/48h stated and in some cases even before. Nearly 4 week to arrive and when my items did come the necklace was that small it didn't even fit
