Would not order again due to unreasonably long delivery time - 12 days from ordering to delivery. Products fine, as expected.

I'm so disappointed, my parcel has arrived which is to be a Christmas present. The bracelet is all silver which I ordered the rose gold one and that wasn't the one that came really am disappointed

After purchaing i waiting for the 8 business days for delivery as not arrived. My item was not posted until promted by my email asking where it was. Luckily still arrived in time for Christmad or would have been 1 star and not 2.

I ordered my charms on the 6th December as I had two friends birthdays on the 17th Dec & 19th Dec so I'd ordered charms for them. Well my charms didn't arrive until 23rd Dec I'm not very happy as I then had to explain to both my friends that they hadn't came ect. It says on the site 5-7 working days?! Obviously not! I'll never order off this site again.

I ordered 2 nomination charms online so I dont need to go to store, one for my partner and another for her daughter, but they sent them both linked together, now need to go to store. Think this should be an option. However there still lovely charms

After ordering late for Christmas I wasn't holding out much hope of receiving my order in time. Add to this I'd requested the charm to be engraved, which obviously adds extra days to the whole process. I was absolutely over the moon that my order has turned up on time and beautifully engraved. Excellent service, won't hesitate to use again.

Not very happy atm, my parcel still has not been delivered. It should have been delivered Wednesday 18th but wasn’t. I have been on the phone twice now with the courier company you use and still no delivery. Very upset as this is a Christmas gift. I will never order from the Nomination website again.
