This was my first time using Nomination and found processing/shipping slow. Perhaps the Christmas period was to blame BUT the company should really prepared for that. Anyway, the product is of high quality and will order again. Overall happy with the product etc. Regards Alastair

Dear Customer we regret to read your review but i'm glad to explain why your parcel has been delivered after many days. We have more than 2000 composable links and we receive every day new pieces by our laboratories. It's not easy to disable the links because the stock changes every day. Our laboratories informed us about the new stock every day but it's possible that the pieces created are not enough to cover the request. Our links are handmade so we need a specific time to create each link. At the same time this is a very particular period because it's christmas time. We're working very hard to ship all the orders asap. Regards Giada

I have tried to return the item I bought and have been told I can’t return until after 7/1/20. I have paid this money out and the item is not suitable but I can’t get my money back to buy another until the middle of January. Also very slow in replying to emails or queries.
