Site was relatively easy to navigate although sometimes a search doesn't bring up quite what you are looking for. Delivery time was a bit quicker than expected and prices are reasonable. (Felt the delivery charge was a bit steep though)

I would never use the nomination website again. I would rather order from elsewhere had nothing but trouble ordering from here all what I ordered was in stock and my order was processing for weeks which ruined my best friends 30th birthday gift and my sisters graduation present. I had to re order the bracelet after my best friend’s birthday had been and gone. I embarrassingly gave her, her present late and even the second bracelet took ages to arrive. The delivery is a joke and to charge £10 for it as well is just shocking. I also couldn’t get through to customer service, you’re waiting days for a response no matter how you contact them. I contacted someone on live chat who lied to me saying I’d have my delivery on time and they’d put mine as priority and when I went back to speak on the chat after it hadn’t arrived, the chat was closed and has been out of use since. Really poor service as I said would never use again and I will be telling everyone the trouble I had here and make them order from elsewhere.

The online chat is managed by a human being and certainly isn't closed with the intent of interrupting a conversation. Since it's an online chat, the line may drop, but we truly want to emphasize that we've handled your case with the utmost care. Regarding shipping costs, these unfortunately have nothing to do with the speed or otherwise of delivery, but rather with the high customs handling costs for shipments to the UK following Brexit. Bracelet purchased came in great condition. I’ve been nomination customer for 4 years but this is my first time buying online. Found it pretty convenient. They kept me informed if the delivery tracking and was easy to update address or even change the preferred delivery date. Love Nomination
