I bought a gift voucher for a family member, knowing this couldn’t be used on the high street. The recipient couldn’t use the voucher on the website. The mobile website kept crashing out at the checkout The desktop site kept accepting and applying the voucher onto the invoice, but couldn’t accept it as a method of payment. The recipient had to email Nomination and have their order placed manually by a member of customer service staff. Next time I’ll give them cash.

Item is great and came within reasonable time. However there should be an option to deliver to store for customer pickup, as it was a nightmare getting my delivery from DHL when no one is home during the day!

I know the products well - and frequently purchase for special anniversary presents for relations. However - at my last purchase the web site offered me a free base bracelet for a spend of GBP35 or more. I spent GBP85 …. but no base bracelet, despite reminder on my Order Notes and no response to my urging explanation. Negative feelings!

Good morning, We regret to read your message but we're glad to explain you what happened. As indicated via email, the bracelet base is added automaticcaly to the shopping bag. We tried to replicate your online order and we noticed that the bracelet base was been added correctly. Maybe the bracelet base was been removed for mistake. The orders are elaborated automatically...we not shipped the bracelet base because it wasn't available in the order confirmation. Please, reply to our email to find the best solution. Wonderful company to deal direct with! There was a mistake to my order ...this was rectified with speed and efficiency. Other companies with on-line shopping should be as friendly and efficient as Nomination in Italy. Well done I cannot rate your Company high enough!

The links are gorgeous, however: It did take nearly 2 weeks for my delivery to arrive! Emails were sent and response was often slow. I was eventually told they were waiting for 1 item to restock. I think it would be more helpful if out of stock items were listed as such on the website, so that you can choose an alternative at the point of ordering. This would be most helpful to your customers.
