Quick delivery, considering that I had ordered it just before Christmas. Only problem was that I had asked for extra links and these did not appear. The Company were great and ordered extra links and I picked them up from the local supplier.

i am very pleased with the bracelet - my only complaint is that you don't make it clear that links will be removed from the basic bracelet to make way for additional charms. i expected to get the full bracelet, plus the extra charms. this is particularly annoying because you don't sell the standard links separately. if you did, people could mix and match multiple bracelets more easily.

I was not made aware on purchasing that on delivery the package had to be signed for. Upon recept of an SMS I successfully changed the delivery address to allow for signing. The package was not delivered to the amended address but left with my neighbour. My mother stayed indoors for 2 days waiting on delivery that did not arrive. I appreciate that this was a busy time but better information would have eased this situation.

All the products are amazing and very gorgeous. However when the items are delivered, you always treat the items as one. I had made a note on my last delivery they were for separate people, yet the links were connected together, in one bag and I could only order one gift bag. Very disappointing.
