The Nomination site is brilliant to shop from, everything is separated under different tabs and there is a search function. My only downside about the shopping experience is the length of time for delivery. While not seriously long, it still took quite a few days, so if you need your items in a hurry, best to buy from a Nominations store.

The website is extremely slow and takes forever to load (i Have a new pc and updated to newest browsers etc and it was still just as bad) It takes forever to troll through the charms as the search button only brings up a few items

Very poor advertising with regards to delivery times over the Christmas period. Order was placed on the 11th Dec, and although I was aware I’d missed the Christmas deadline, I did not expect to have to wait 5 weeks for the item! Will not be using Nomination again!

This has caused a delay in shipment that it was communicated in a specific message on the web-site. At the same time, you ordered some items with engraving: as you can read on the web-site, our shipping times for items with engraving are 20 days. I am sorry if you are not appreciated our service but Christmas is a very particular period for us. I hope you will give to our company a second opportunity in the future. Thank you for great products made in Italy. I have been a costumer for a while already. Great service. Very secure shipping. The only downfall is the website. It is very difficult to order. Very well done but very slow and sometimes make the purchase difficult. I love my bracelets as well as my granddaughters.

The ordering process was simple the only part I didn't like was the shutdown for stock taking.

Generally happy with shopping experience although found site a little difficult to navigate. I knew the design I wanted as had previously found in brochure but found it difficult to find on site. Otherwise ordering process was straightforward and item arrived quicker than I thought it would. Did think that the packaging seemed a bit excessive for such a small item.
