It took over a month to receive my order which is totally unacceptable I will not order from you online again

We received many orders and we wrote a specific message on the web-site in which we specified the last day in which we guaranteed the delivery in time for Christmas. Christmas is a particular period for our company: generally our shipping times are 3/5 working days. Fantastic service from my enquiry with your on line help service, (very helpful) the communication from Nomination after service (emails) i.e., order received, order being dispatched/delivery date etc. Order was received within 24hrs or being notified it had been dispatched.

Poor service. Complete lack of customer service and remove negative feedback from social media. Ordered item well before Xmas, item arrived end of January a full month after ordering. Then was cheeky enough to include a 10% discount code like you would order from them again. The Xmas card might come in handy next year no use at all in january

Online composable bracelet selector is possibly one of the most clunky and buggy pages i have ever had to use, i tried in Chrome, IE and Edge. i found that when selecting the style/colour of the base bracelet sometimes it would work other times it was sluggish *if* it would load at all. When picking length of bracelet i had the same issues. When adding charms yet again the same issues. Also when picking charms the drag and drop onto the bracelet was slow to respond or I'd click to drag, move the cursor and then couldn't place it on the bracelet. When switching between the filters i would regularly get the greyed out loading screen with the pulsing nomination logo, at which point the page would not load (regardless of how long i waited) i would have to refresh the page manually and then have to start all over again. This was beyond infuriating. I was about 2 attempts away from giving up completely and going into town to a jewellers. Online Experience:- 1/10 when i finally did manage to place my order though... order was picked and shipped very quickly and arrived when expected. product came packaged beautifully with a product catalogue. Incredibly happpy with purchase and it's a gorgeous, less bulky, more subtle alternative to Nominations competitors. Product:- 10/10

The check out process was easy. The products are really great and exactly was I expected. It was really nice that the CS team kept touch with me regarding the delivery of my order and the collection point. The only negative I found is that your provider doesn't deliver parcels at home. Which is quite of a disadvantage because some people have young kids and it's big trouble to get them ready and go out. Thank you for your time.
