Goods were purchased for a present, not received after 10 days... Only after ringing did they ship the item

Good morning, thank you for your feedback. I care to explain to you that in the month of January unfortunately we have had some delays in shipments due first to the Inventory Reasons (the Company has closed its Stock until mid of January) and secondly to the optimization of our new Software for E-commerce which gave us some troubles. We have done our best to ship as soon as possible all the orders postponed from January and then those of February. Good product, delivery was slower than the website stated. Took 10 working days to arrive rather than the 3-5 days promised, despite very expensive postage cost.

Not happy at all ordered a product in Dec and I have not recived it or had a confirmation that it has been sent. Never gonna buy a product from you again and I will not recomend you to anyone. Sorry but hope your company sort it out

I placed the order on December 18 and received confirmation that my order payment was received, but I have not received my order. I have also not received any email telling me the that the order was shipped or what the tracking number is. Can you tell me where my order is?

Dear Anthony, thank you for contacting us and for your order on our Website. I'm sorry but, as stated on the website, Orders placed after December 15 will be shipped starting from Thursday, January 14, 2016. Unfortunately we are not able to ship within the second half of January. Our Warehouse is at the moment strictly closed for inventory, and it is forbidden to withdraw the goods also for E-commerce Issue. At the moment of the shipment, you will receive a second order confirmation by email with a tracking number in order to follow the shipment at any time.
